My husband and I are friends with a married couple, who have been together since highschool. We're all in our sixties. A decade ago, she had an affair. Her husband vented a lot to mine, during this difficult time. Ironically, both men couldn't understand why she would pick a loser (their words) to have this affair with. Now, this woman is a very kind, decent person. So I had to ask myself, why would she have an affair. The husband is a very hard, dedicated, business owner and a workaholic. He provides well for his wife, while working 24/7. So why would his wife have an affair. See, men believe because they are providing financial security, all should be perfect in their relationship. But relationships require something other than monetary value. Her husband couldn't see he wasn't investing time in their relationship. Because he's a workaholic, he rarely spent quality time with his wife. So while the man she had an affair with, hadn't a pot to piss in,(again, their words) he provided something money can't buy. He showered her with love, affection, and attention. I had to explain this to my husband and hoped he conveyed this to hers. The years pass quickly and the time were afforded in life, isn't guaranteed. Every day truly is a gift. And while financial security is important, so is the time one takes to express love. The most valuable asset in life are the priceless memories we make with the ones we love.

As a guy who has hate watched Drew many times lol this was refreshing! She is much more balanced and self aware then I previously thought! The back and forth on tik tok seemed much more like a roast or a rap battle, and she is clearly very talented at that. But it’s cool to see a deeper side. I hope men and women can reconcile our differences and come together in a healthier way. 🙌🙌

I just love Drew. Though I’ve always considered myself a feminist, I started realizing that I have a lot of internalized misogyny and self-hate because I spent so many years depending on what men thought of me, instead of what I thought of myself. Listening to Drew has literally made me love myself more, and for that I will always be grateful!

I don't want to waste much time watching this video, but I fully support this. Mysogyny has no place in this day and age and there are many other things women are good at apart from cooking, cleaning, ironing, knitting, doing the laundry etc. Let's treat them equally.

I have an autoimmune disease. But truthfully I became ill or like could sense something was wrong right after 2nd child was born. All doctors had inconclusive results so all of them said nothing was wrong with me. But I knew in truth they couldn’t help because they just didn’t know. From the years of research and then 4 years after getting diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I discovered the issues I had was my gut health was bad. I will constantly look at diets & how bad the food industry is and how people aren’t taught basic nutrition in schools. Then my parents interpret it as they failed me by not teaching or learning more themselves. But it is so complicated to even explain here. From the lotions and perfumes, to the things in your home, to the pans you cook with, if you don’t know what to avoid, everything is getting you closer to being sick.
